快乐可以很简单，

但是人有太多不快乐的理由，

快乐变得越来越艰难。

尤其是随着岁月的增长

人有越来越多的烦恼和过去的伤口。。

已经忘了如何去快乐了。

重新学习如何去快乐

让快乐变成我们的感觉

而不是让快乐变成我们要去得到的感觉。
